DESCRIPTION
This 4 week fitness programme was made based on fitness drills approved by premier league sports scientists. It is perfect for players to do before returning to the season/pre-season and for players returning from injury. There is guided times which premier league players use to measure their fitness (explained in the programme) and this allows you to measure your fitness journey with them!
When returning to football you need to make sure you cover all fitness aspects, such as long distance running, short distance running, change of direction and many more. Our fitness programme has in-cooperated all of this allowing you to build your football fitness levels from week 1 – week 4.
4 WEEK FITNESS PLAN (GOLD EDITION) INCLUDES:

- 13 Elite Level Fitness Sessions made for professional footballers
- 9/13 Outdoor Running Sessions require a full size pitch for guidance or cones to mark out distances
- 4/13 Sessions require either a manual or gym bike
- Each Outdoor Running session has 3-4 runs included inside it
